Arkansas attorney.Also a CPA.

I'm David Cole. I handle real estate, business, and wills and estates for people across Central Arkansas. Because I'm also a CPA, the money and tax side of your matter gets the same attention as the legal side.

About David

I started Arkansas Legal Counsel in 2022, the year I graduated from law school. Alongside this practice, I serve as general counsel and chief financial officer of a Central Arkansas commercial real estate company, where I handle financing, acquisitions, leasing and development for more than 100 commercial and multifamily properties.

Before law school, I founded and ran Brick City Pizza, a multi-unit restaurant business here in Central Arkansas, and I'm still a restaurant owner today. Payroll, leases, vendors and lenders aren't abstract to me.

That mix shapes how I work. I read the documents closely, I know the numbers, and I tell people plainly where they stand. I live in Central Arkansas with my wife, Shernice, and three sons.
