At Arkansas Legal Counsel, we are proud to have Dustin Keel as an Associate Attorney, Dustin's journey in the legal field is distinguished by his extensive experience with the Social Security Administration and a deep commitment to family law matters.


Dustin's remarkable career with the Social Security Administration, where he has served as a Legal Assistant since July 2015, stands out as a testament to his dedication and skill. In this role, he has processed and overseen thousands of claims, providing legal and procedural support to administrative law judges in Social Security disability appeals. His responsibilities have encompassed a wide range of tasks, from developing complex cases involving various medical and legal documents to writing dismissals based on extensive research. Dustin's expertise in interpreting and applying complex laws, rules, and regulations has been invaluable in ensuring just and fair outcomes in these cases.

Dustin's academic background, with a Juris Doctor from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Memphis, underpins his practical skills with a solid theoretical foundation. Dustin graduated with honors from Bowen in 2022.


Before joining our firm, Dustin's professional journey included roles at the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and the Saline County Prosecutor’s Office.


Outside of the courtroom, Dustin is a family man, an aspect of his life that further enriches his perspective on family law matters. He enjoys hiking, video games, and raising his family, experiences that inform his empathetic approach to his legal practice.
